Padjelantaleden leads from Kvikkjokk to Ritsem and is about 140 km long. You can find cabins managed by the STF every 10 to 20 km. Some cabins in the Padjelanta National Park are managed by the Badjelandda Economic Association. You have to carry food, because you can buy supplies only in a few places. These are Ritsem, Kvikkjokk, Såmmarlappa, and a shop in the Sami summer village Staloluokta. In the Arasluokta and Laddjakk cabins we could buy bread, but that is not for sure. With some luck you can get a smoked trout. A shop in a Sami summer village near Kisuris is open during main season only. And, not to forget, in "Cafe Änonjalme" the coffee and cinnamon rolls tasted fine.
