In Microsoft's Simulator in the Bay Area

The San Francisco Bay Area surely is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and one of the most frequented in MS flight simulator. Carola had this phantastic view in 1994 on a flight to Austin.

The right picture was taken with MS FS 98.

Dusk at the County Airport in San Carlos. Unfortunately, the lights were shut off just when I was ready for taking the photo.

Moffett Field is in the southern part of the Bay Area. Part of it is used by NASA's Ames Research Center. Formerly, the two halls were the only structures in MS FS 3.0 that were open to fligh through.

Here we are at runway 28L in San Francisco, almost ready for takeoff. We hope to come back in a while.
